Simon

Having Julian and Simon to guide me through my liquidation was an essential resource that I will never forget. Having to go into liquidation after over 40 years in business was a very daunting prospect but you both guided me through every step of the way and put my mind at rest on the very upsetting journey. Thank you both very much for your unstinting support and professional conduct throughout this journey. I would not hesitate to recommend you to any other business unfortunate enough to be in the same circumstance as me.

This message was received from a director who placed his company into liquidation with Brailey Hicks. The distressed circumstances overlapped with his personal financial position which also required advice and guidance.

Simon Hicks (pictured left) worked closely with the director for several months considering the various options available before the company went into liquidation.

I have worked with Simon and Julian for a number of years and the help they have given my clients has been invaluable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A quick message to say a big thank you for your professional and efficient service throughout the difficult process of closing our company. You took on the responsibility and were there to deal with everything and sort out any questions and queries. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to other businesses who find themselves in the same difficult position. We wish you well.
